Sautéed Shrimp with Broccoli
Sautéed Shrimp with Broccoli
- Peeled and devein one pound of shrimp
- Season shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper powder, 1 tsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 4 cups of broccoli and 1 cup of carrot, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add shrimp sautéed for few minutes, take it out set aside
- Add 1 cup of chicken broth to the same cooking pan, then add cut broccoli and carrot cook for few minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, then add shrimp continue cook for addition minute
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
