Lettuce Wraps
- De-skin and de-bone 4 pieces of chicken thighs, cut into little cubes
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry to golden brown (3-5 minutes)
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2.5 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce and 2 Tbsp of chicken broth continue cook for few more minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Sprinkle some chopped scallions on the top. Serve with green leaf lettuce.
