Slow Cooked Beef Ribs
- Prepare 2 racks of beef ribs (around 3 pounds) by trimming excessive fat and film
- Use paper towel to dry up the ribs
- Mixed 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 2 tsp of black pepper and 3 Tbsp of oil
- Spread the seasoning all over the ribs
- Pre-heat oven at 275˚F
- Cover the ribs with foil paper cook for 3 hours
- Cut 3 potatoes and carrots into large pieces, add them with the ribs at 1.5 hours.
