Spicy Shrimp in Tomato Sauce
- Season 8 pieces of jumbo shrimp (shell-on) with 1 tsp of salt & pepper, 1 Tbsp of corn starch and 1 tsp of oil
- Cut 6 pieces of fresh red chili peppers and half yellow onion, set aside
- Cut half of iceberg lettuce into strips set for serving plate
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil, add shrimp pan-seared about a minute on each side, take it out set aside
- Use same cooking pan. Add 1 Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, then add cut fresh chili peppers and yellow onion cook for 30 seconds
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 Tbsp of chili sauce/paste, 2 Tbsp of ketchup, 1 Tbsp of sugar and 2 Tbsp of chicken broth
- Add shrimp into the sauce continue cook for few minutes
- Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
