Steamed Shrimp with Tofu and Glass 蒜蓉粉絲豆腐蒸明蝦 Noodles
Steamed Shrimp with Tofu and Glass 蒜蓉粉絲豆腐蒸明蝦 Noodles
- Soak 2 packages of glass noodles in water until soft
- Cut 10 pieces of tofu into an inches square slices
- Devin and butterfly cut 8 pieces of jumbo shrimp
- Mix 2 Tbsp of minced garlic with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp of chicken broth, pinch of white pepper powder and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Set aside
- Lay the glass noodles on bottom of the plate, then put a layer of tofu on the top
- Lay the shrimp on top of the tofu, then use a spoon to put the garlic sauce on top of each shrimp
- Steam the shrimp for 10-12 minutes
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of chopped scallions and few chopped fresh red chili peppers, then pour 1 Tbsp of hot oil on the top
- Sprinkle few chopped cilantro, ready to serve
