Sirloin Steak in Black Pepper Sauce 西冷黑椒牛扒意粉
- Marinate 6 oz sirloin steak with 1 tsp of salt and pepper and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 1 cup of green cabbage and 1 cup of red onion, set aside
- Pre cooked spaghetti noodles, set on serving plate
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add cut cabbage and red onion cook for few minutes
- Add pinch of salt and set aside with spaghetti noodles on serving plate
- Add 2 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan, pan seared the steak around 4 minutes on each sides
- Take the steak out and sit for few minutes, cut steak into slices and put on top of the noodles
- Medium heat cooking pot with 1 Tbsp of oil, then add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of chopped red onions, then add 2 Tbsp of black pepper cook for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of dark soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of ketchup, 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine and 1 cup of water slowly simmer for 15 minutes
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Pour the black pepper sauce on top of the steak and spaghetti noodles, ready to serve.
