Beef Lo Mein
- Marinate 6-8 oz of beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 2 cups of Napa cabbage into pieces, set aside
- Rinse 2 cups of bean sprout, set aside
- Boil fresh Lo Mein noodles cook to ready to use (around 6-8 minutes)
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add beef cook to medium well. Take the beef out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same pan, add noodles stir fry for few minutes, then add cut Napa cabbage
- Stir-fry noodles and vegetables for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 1 tsp of sugar.Add beef and bean sprout continue cook for a minute
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
