Sautéed Ginger Beef
- Cut 8 oz of sirloin beef into slices
- Marinate beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced ginger
- Add beef sautéed for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of rice vinegar and half cup of chicken broth continue cook for few more minutes.
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds and 1 Tbsp of shredded thin ginger and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
