Slow Cooked Barbecue Spare Ribs
- Prepare a full rack spare ribs by trim out excess fats and remove film (rib skin)
- Marinate spare ribs with ready-made barbecue sauce for few hours
- Add 3 large pieces of rosemary, handful of thyme and 1 cut yellow onion on top of the ribs, cover by aluminum foil paper
- Pre-heat the oven to 250˚F
- Put the spare ribs in the oven set 250˚F for 4 hours
- At 2 hour mark, add more barbecue sauce
- At 3 hour mark, add 1 cup of maple syrup
- At 4 hour mark, turn off oven and let the rib sit for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.
