Crispy Salt and Pepper Prawns
- Devin 8 pieces of jumbo shrimp and season with 1 tsp of salt
- Cut half yellow onion, 4 pieces of fresh red chili peppers and 3 jalapeño peppers into small pieces. Set aside
- Coated the shrimp with 3-5 Tbsp of cornstarch
- Medium heat cooking pan, add about an inch of oil
- Once the oil is hot, add shrimp and deep fry to golden brown (around 2-3 minutes)
- Take the shrimp out set on kitchen paper towel to remove excessive oil
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 tsp of oil, then add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and all cut onion and peppers stir fry for a minute.
- Add shrimp, then 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, pinch of white pepper and 1 tsp of cooking wine continue stir fry for another minute
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
