Stir-Fried Shrimp with Noodles
Stir-Fried Shrimp with Noodles
- Peeled and devein 6 pieces of jumbo shrimp
- Season shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper powder, 1 tsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 1 cup of Napa cabbage, 1 cup of broccoli and 1 cup of carrot. Set aside
- Boil 12 oz of Lo Mein noodles in hot water for 6 minutes, rinse with cold water. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 tsp of oil, add shrimp cook for a minute on each side. Take it out set aside
- Add 1 tsp of oil and all cut vegetables stir fry for few minutes, then add noodles
- Stir-fry noodles and vegetables for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, then add shrimp
- Continue stir-fry for a minute, add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
