Spicy Beef with Mushrooms
Spicy Beef with Mushrooms
- Cut 8 oz of sirloin beef into slices
- Marinate beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 1 yellow onion and 3 cups of mushrooms into pieces, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and 6 pieces of dry red chili peppers
- Add beef pan seared each side for a minute, take it out set aside
- Add cut yellow onion and mushroom into the same cooking pan stir fry for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine
- Add beef, then 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of Ketchup, 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of hot chili oil, 1 Tbsp of sugar, pinch of salt and pepper continue stir-fry for few minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
