Shrimp in Egg White Sauce
Shrimp in Egg White Sauce
- Peeled and devein 8 pieces of shrimp
- Season the shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 3 cups of broccoli and boil in hot water for a minutes, set aside on the serving plate
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add shrimp sautéed for a minute on each side, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine
- Add half cup of chicken broth, half cup of hot water and half tsp of salt continue cook for a minute
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce, then add 2 beaten egg white
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, put shrimp and egg white sauce on top of the broccoli. Ready to serve
