Moo Goo Gai Pan 蘑菇雞片
Moo Goo Gai Pan 蘑菇雞片
- Cut 1 chicken breast in slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Prepare 2 cups of snow peas, remove strings and set aside
- Cut 2 cups of mushroom, 2 cups of Napa cabbage and 1 carrot into slices, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine. Remove chicken from the cooking pan, set aside
- Add half Tbsp of oil, then add snow peas, Napa cabbage, mushrooms and carrot stir-fry for a minute
- Add 1 cup of chicken broth, pinch of salt and white pepper powder cook until the broth boiled
- Add chicken continue cook for few minutes, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
