Sautéed Chicken with Cauliflower
- Prepare 3 chicken thighs by trim out fat and remove skin, cut into an inch dice size
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Prepare a whole cauliflower by remove the base and discard the stem, break the florets into small size. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine
- Add cauliflower, then 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 cup of chicken broth
- Turn to medium-low heat, close he lid cook for 10 minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
