Sautéed Chicken with Cauliflower

  1. Prepare 3 chicken thighs by trim out fat and remove skin, cut into an inch dice size
  2. Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Prepare a whole cauliflower by remove the base and discard the stem, break the florets into small size. Set aside
  4. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  5. Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine
  6. Add cauliflower, then 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 cup of chicken broth
  7. Turn to medium-low heat, close he lid cook for 10 minutes
  8. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
