Pepper Steak 青椒牛
Pepper Steak 青椒牛
- Cut 8 oz of sirloin beef into slices
- Marinate beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 2 green bell peppers and 1 yellow onion into cube sizes, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add cut green bell pepper and yellow onion stir-fry for few minutes, then take it out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic to the same cooking pan
- Add beef stir-fry for a minute, then add half Tbsp of soy sauce, half Tbsp of oyster sauce, half cup of chicken broth and half cup of hot water
- Continue cook to beef well done, then add bell peppers and onion
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
