Mexican Beef Taco
Mexican Beef Taco
- Cut 2 cups of lettuce into strips, 1 cup of tomato into dices and 1 cup of cilantro into small pieces. All set aside on serving plate
- Prepare a bowl of ready-made salsa sauce and 1 cup of Mexican cheese on serving plate
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, then add 1 pound of ground beef (prefer 85/15 lean ratio)
- Cook the ground beef until turn brown, then add 3 Tbsp of tomato sauce
- Add 1 tsp of salt, half tsp of onion powder, half tsp of garlic powder, 1 Tbsp of taco chili powder, half tsp of black pepper cook until beef well done
- Warm up few corn tortillas, ready to serve
