Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Cut 2 pieces of chicken breast into slices
  2. Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Cut 1 yellow onion into pieces, set aside
  4. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  5. Add chicken stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, then add cut onion
  6. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce, pinch of salt and white pepper powder, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 Tbsp of cooking wine.
  7. Continue stir-fry for few minutes
  8. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
