Korean Beef Bulgogi
- Cut one pound of beef (prefer sirloin) into thin slices
- Marinate beef with 2 Tbsp of minced garlic, 2 cut scallions, quarter chopped apple (traditional recipe use Asian pear), 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of rice wine, 2 Tbsp of brown sugar, 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds and 1 tsp of black pepper for few hours
- Medium high heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, individually pan-sear each slices of beef (probably cook a minute on each side)
- Sprinkle some chopped scallions on the top. Ready to serve
