Salt & Pepper Spare Ribs
- Marinate one pound of spare ribs (prefer baby back ribs) with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut half yellow onion, 1 green onion and 2 fresh red chili pepper into dices, set aside
- Air-fryer spare ribs 320˚F for 20 minutes, then turn up to 380˚F for another 10 minutes
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 tsp of oil, add cut yellow onion, green onion and red chili pepper stir-fry for a minute
- Add ribs, then add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 tsp of sugar.
- Mix well and ready to serve
