Sautéed Shrimp and Chicken with Asparagus
- Cut 1 chicken breast in slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Peeled and devein 8 pieces of shrimp
- Season the shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper, 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 20 pieces of asparagus into an inch and half, set aside
- Cut 1 carrot into slices, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add shrimp continue cook for a minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, stir well take it out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan, then add cut asparagus and carrot
- Stir-fry for a minute, then add half tsp of salt, half cup of chicken broth and half cup of hot water continue cook for few minutes
- Add chicken and shrimp, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
