Sweet and Sour Chicken

  1. Cut 2 pieces of chicken breast into an inch chunk size
  2. Season chicken with 1 tsp of salt and pinch of white pepper powder
  3. Cut half red bell pepper, greed bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and yellow onion into an inch size, set aside
  4. Mix 1 egg white with 3 Tbsp of cornstarch until create thick coating, then add cut chicken and mix well
  5. Medium heat cooking pot with half full of oil. Add chicken into hot oil individually
  6. Deep fried chicken for 3-4 minutes, take it out set aside
  7. Turn the pot of oil to high heat, put the chicken back in hot oil for second round of deep-fry for 2-3 minutes
  8. Mix 4 Tbsp of sugar, 3 Tbsp of ketchup, 2 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 3 Tbsp of pineapple juice and half cup of water
  9. Medium heat up the sweat and sour sauce, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
  10. Mix chicken with all the cut vegetables and sweet and sour sauce, add 1 cup of cut pineapple. Ready to serve
