Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings
- Prepare 8 pieces of medium size chicken wings by separate drumettes and wingettes, remove the tips
- Marinate chicken wings with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1 Tbsp of cooking wine for an hour
- Cut half cup of red bell pepper, green bell pepper and yellow onion into little dices, set aside
- Medium heat a pot of hot oil (2 inches deep) for deep fry.
- Add 4-6 Tbsp of cornstarch to the marinated chicken wings to get a good coating on each pieces
- Deep fry the chicken wings in hot oil for 6-7 minutes
- Set aside the chicken wings once deep-fried
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 tsp of oil
- Add cut red bell pepper, green bell pepper and yellow onion pan fry until turn golden brown
- Add chicken wings, then sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 tsp of sugar
- Mix well and ready to serve
