Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

  1. Prepare 8 pieces of medium size chicken wings by separate drumettes and wingettes, remove the tips
  2. Marinate chicken wings with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1 Tbsp of cooking wine for an hour
  3. Cut half cup of red bell pepper, green bell pepper and yellow onion into little dices, set aside
  4. Medium heat a pot of hot oil (2 inches deep) for deep fry.
  5. Add 4-6 Tbsp of cornstarch to the marinated chicken wings to get a good coating on each pieces
  6. Deep fry the chicken wings in hot oil for 6-7 minutes
  7. Set aside the chicken wings once deep-fried
  8. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 tsp of oil
  9. Add cut red bell pepper, green bell pepper and yellow onion pan fry until turn golden brown
  10. Add chicken wings, then sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 tsp of sugar
  11. Mix well and ready to serve
