Pan Seared Pork Chops
- Tenderize 3 medium (half inch thick) bone-in pork chops by using cooking mallet pound on both sides
- Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch. Mix well then 1 Tbsp of oil for an hour
- Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 3 cloves of garlic
- Once the garlic turned dark brown, remove garlic and turn to medium heat
- Add pork chops cook around 3 minutes on each sides. Ready to serve
