Sautéed Spicy Shredded Chicken
- Cut 2 chicken breasts into strips
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper and black pepper, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 1 large yellow onion into strips, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine cook for a minute. Take chicken out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan, then add 6 dry red chili peppers and cut onion stir-fry for few minutes
- Add chicken mix well with onion, then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce, 1 tsp of red chili pepper oil and 1 tsp of sugar continue cook to well done (3-5 minutes)
- Add few cut scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
