Beef and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles
Beef and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles
- Cut 4-6 oz of beef (sirloin preferred) into slices
- Marinate beef with 1 tsp of soy sauce, pinch of salt and pepper, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for an hour
- Peeled and devein 8 pieces of shrimp
- Season the shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper, 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 2 cups of cabbage and 1 cup of carrot in strips, set aside
- Cut 1 cup of mushroom in slices, set aside
- Boil egg noodles in hot water to soft (around 4 minutes), then rinse with cold water and let it sit dry.
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of minced garlic
- Add beef stir-fry for couple minutes, then add shrimp continue cook for another minute. Take it out and set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same pan, then add cut mushroom, cabbage and carrot stir-fry for a minute, then add noodles
- Continue stir-fry for few minutes, add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, pinch of white pepper, 1 tsp of sugar, then add 1 cup of bean sprouts
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
