LIME AND CORIANDER CHICKEN FILLETS
- 4 Chicken Fillets ... Skin on
- Salt
- Pepper
- BBQ spice
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 Tbsp of Pure Butter
- 1 Fresh Lime or Lemon
- Fresh Coriander
METHOD
Pat dry Fillets with a Paper towel, season with dry Spices.. Heat a Pan with Oil and add Garlic and Butter. Add Fillets and fry +- 4 - 5min a side on med heat.. Tilt pan slightly using a spoon baste Fillets with Butter/Oil garlic with a spoon.. Squeeze fresh Lime or Lemon over Chicken.. not too much..fry till Fillets done.. Add chopped Coriander wen done.. The Pure Butter gives it that delicious golden brown colour..I leave the Skin on.. It flavours the Chicken and keeps it fr drying out Fillets.. U can always remove it afterwards.. I keep it on coz its nice and Crispy 😋😁
