Chicken and String Beans Stir-Fry
Chicken and String Beans Stir-Fry
- Prepare a pound of string beans by discard the stems and cut in half
- Cut 2 chicken breast into dice size
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of salt and pepper, 1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for an hour
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry until turn golden brown, add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine cook for a minute, then take it out and set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan, add cut string beans stir-fry for few minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of black pepper, then half cup of chicken broth
- Close the lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes
- Add cook chicken, mix well with the string beans
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
