Steamed Egg with Shrimp and Tofu
Steamed Egg with Shrimp and Tofu
- Cut 2 cups of tofu into half inch cube size
- Peeled and devein 6 shrimp
- Mix tofu and shrimp in a bowl with 3 scrambled eggs
- Add 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of sesame oil and half cup of water
- Mix well and pour all on a steam plate
- High heat steam the egg, shrimp and tofu for 10-12 minutes
- Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of chopped scallions, then pour 2 Tbsp of hot oil on top of the eggs. Ready to serve
