Steamed Egg with Shrimp and Tofu

  1. Cut 2 cups of tofu into half inch cube size
  2. Peeled and devein 6 shrimp
  3. Mix tofu and shrimp in a bowl with 3 scrambled eggs
  4. Add 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of sesame oil and half cup of water
  5. Mix well and pour all on a steam plate
  6. High heat steam the egg, shrimp and tofu for 10-12 minutes
  7. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of chopped scallions, then pour 2 Tbsp of hot oil on top of the eggs. Ready to serve
