Sautéed PorK Belly with Onion
- Prepare 8 oz of thin slices of pork belly (hot pot style)
- Cut one yellow onion and one jalapeño pepper into strips, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add pork belly sautéed for few minutes. Take the pork belly out and remove excessive oil, set aside
- Add cut onion and jalapeño pepper into cooking pan cook for few minutes, then add pork belly
- Add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, half tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of sugar.
- Sautéed for another minute, ready to serve
