Chicken Chop Suey
Chicken Chop Suey
- Cut 2 chicken thighs into small cube size
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for an hour
- Cut 5 cups of Napa Cabbage (Leaf portion) into pieces, set aside
- Cut 1 carrot into strips, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes
- Add Napa cabbage, carrot and 1 cup of bean sprouts, then add 2 Tbsp of chicken broth
- Continue cook for few minutes
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
