Spicy Garlic- Jalapeno Pepper Chicken
- Cut 2 chicken breasts into an inch cube sizes
- Marinate chicken with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch with 1 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Mix one scrambled egg with 2 Tbsp of cornstarch (add another egg if the mixture is too dry)
- Breaded chicken cubes with the mixture
- Put the chicken cubes in the air-fryer (380˚F) for 20 minutes, then (400˚F) for 10 minutes. (Flip the chicken at least twice)
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add 3 cloves of garlic, 2 Tbsp of chopped red onion, 1 cut jalapeño pepper and 4 cut red chili pepper.
- Sautéed for few minutes and add cooked chicken
- Add half tsp of salt and half tsp of black pepper
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
