Shiitake Mushrooms with Vegetables 香菇白菜

  1. Soak 6 shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, remove stem cut in half, set aside
  2. Cut 4 cups of Napa cabbages and 1 carrot into 2 inches slice
  3. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 2 cloves of garlic
  4. Add cut mushroom slow cook for a minute, then add cut Napa cabbage and carrot.
  5. Stir-fry for a minute, then add half cup of chicken broth (For vegetarians, use vegetable broth)
  6. Close the lid continue cook for few minute
  7. Add pinch of salt and pepper if needed
  8. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
  9. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
