Shiitake Mushrooms with Vegetables 香菇白菜
- Soak 6 shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, remove stem cut in half, set aside
- Cut 4 cups of Napa cabbages and 1 carrot into 2 inches slice
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 2 cloves of garlic
- Add cut mushroom slow cook for a minute, then add cut Napa cabbage and carrot.
- Stir-fry for a minute, then add half cup of chicken broth (For vegetarians, use vegetable broth)
- Close the lid continue cook for few minute
- Add pinch of salt and pepper if needed
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
