Pan-Fried Salmon

  1. Cut one pound of salmon fillet into cube sizes
  2. Season salmon cubes with 1 tsp of salt, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1.5 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for an hour
  3. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  4. Add salmon cubes cook to crispy and golden brown (around 6-8 minutes)
  5. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
