Pan-Fried Salmon
- Cut one pound of salmon fillet into cube sizes
- Season salmon cubes with 1 tsp of salt, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1.5 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for an hour
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add salmon cubes cook to crispy and golden brown (around 6-8 minutes)
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
