Garlic-Chili-Ginger Chicken
- Cut one chicken breast into large thin slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for an hour
- Cut 3 cups of cilantro into 2 inches length, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add chicken cook for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine.
- Cook chicken until well done, take it out set aside
- Mixed 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of minced ginger, 2 Tbsp of chopped scallions, 2 Tbsp of jalapeño peppers, 2 Tbsp of red bell pepper (If prefer hot, use fresh red chili pepper), 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds into a big bowl
- Boil 2 Tbsp of oil until hot, pour the hot oil onto the bowl (should see the sizzling)
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of rice vinegar, and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil into the big bowl
- Add cooked chicken and cut cilantro, mix them well
- Place chicken and sauce into serving plate, ready to serve
