Spicy Ginger-Garlic Tofu
Spicy Ginger-Garlic Tofu
- Cut tofu in square shape
- Use kitchen towel to dry the tofu and breaded with cornstarch
- Medium heat cooking pan fill quarter up of oil.
- Deep fried tofu until golden brown, set aside.
- Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add ginger (4 slices), Garlic (4 gloves) and dry red chili pepper (6) cook for a minute
- Add 2 Tbsp of gluten-free soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 4 Tbsp of gluten-free chicken broth and 4 Tbsp of water.
- Continue low heat to reduce the juice
- Add tofu, turn to high heat for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
