Capigliette

  • 8 uova
  • 300 gr di zucchero
  • 400 gr di mandorle
  • 1 limone grattugiato
  • Acqua di fior d'arancio
  • 50 gr di fecola

Lavorare benissimo uova intere con lo zucchero poi aggiungere tutti gli altri ingredienti.

Foderare gli stampini con la pasta violata ...

Riempire per 3/4 e infornare per circa 20 minuti. Forno caldo a 160 gradi.

Dopodiché ricoprire con la glassa e decorare con la ghiaccia
