Sautéed Pork with Zucchini and Baby Corns

  1. Cut 8 oz of pork sirloin into small slices
  2. Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Cut 2 zucchini into triangle chucks, set aside
  4. Cut 3 scallions into 2 inches length, set aside
  5. Prepare 8-10 pieces of baby corns, set aside
  6. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  7. Add pork sautéed for few minutes, then add cut zucchini continue cook for a minute
  8. Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, pinch of salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  9. Cook until zucchini turn soft (2-3 minutes), add baby corns and scallion
  10. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
  11. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
