Sautéed Pork with Zucchini and Baby Corns
Sautéed Pork with Zucchini and Baby Corns
- Cut 8 oz of pork sirloin into small slices
- Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 2 zucchini into triangle chucks, set aside
- Cut 3 scallions into 2 inches length, set aside
- Prepare 8-10 pieces of baby corns, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add pork sautéed for few minutes, then add cut zucchini continue cook for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, pinch of salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- Cook until zucchini turn soft (2-3 minutes), add baby corns and scallion
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
