it will happen when you least expect it
you'll be in a restaurant or working or shopping for new toothpaste
you will hear this ringing in your ears and everything will become muted
except for your heartbeat and the sound of your breath coming in and out
your nostrils
you look around to see if its not just you
go up to somebody and waive your hands in front of their face and not hear
your own desperate words escaping your throat
have you said you're sorry yet? are you beginning to ask why this happened
to you? youre a relatively healthy person,
Could it have been your karma? searching your memory for some rude thing
you did on purpose? some shady occurance that you have forgot about?
what is mental health? not thinking about things that arent appropriate?
whats appropriate?
what is it to be mentally healthy? what should one feed one's brain to keep
it in healthy working order? mmmm probably not McDonalds!
