Jumbo Shrimp Pan Fried Noodles 蝦球炒麵
- Peeled and devein shrimp (6 pieces). Seasoned with pinch of salt & white pepper powder, 1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 1 cup of carrot into slices, 1 cup of mushrooms into slices and 6 baby bokchoys
- Boil egg noodle to soft and rinse dry
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil. Add noodles (do not stir), pan-fry the noodles to crisp golden brown on each side. Take noodles out and drain the excessive oil
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add shrimp cook for few minutes, take it out set aside
- Use the same cooking pan, add carrot, mushroom and baby bokchoys stir fry for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 cup of chicken broth continue cook for few minutes
- Add shrimp, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, then put place the shrimp and vegetables on top of the noodle. Ready to serve
