Dried Shrimp & Cabbage Claypot 蝦米粉絲白菜肉片煲
- Cut 4 oz of tenderloin pork into small slices
- Marinate pork with 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch, 1/2 Tbsp of oil for an hour
- Soak bean noodles in water until soft, set aside
- Soak 4 shiitake mushroom in water until soft, cut in strips and set aside
- Soak 12 pieces of dry shrimp un water until soft, set aside
- Cut 4 cups of Napa cabbage in an inch square, set aside
- Low heat claypot with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic cook for 3 minutes
- Add dried shrimp and shiitake mushrooms continue cook for few minutes (keep stirring)
- Add cut pork continue cook for 5 minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, half tsp of white pepper powder, 2 cups of chicken broth, then add Napa cabbage.
- Turn to medium heat, close the lid cook for 8-10 minutes
- Add bean noodles, mix well with all ingredients. Close the lid continue cook for few more minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
