Shrimp with Vegetables 素菜蝦
- Peeled and devein shrimp (12 pieces). Seasoned with pinch of salt & white pepper powder and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 2 cups of Napa cabbage and broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrot, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add shrimp stir-fry for few minutes, take it out and set aside
- Use the same cooking pan, add 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add all cut vegetables stir-fry for a minutes, then add 1 cup of chicken broth
- Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes, add pinch of salt & white pepper, then add shrimp
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
