Sautéed Ginger Chicken 薑蔥炒雞柳
- Cut 2 chicken breast into slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, 1 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 1/3 of red onion and 3 scallions into strips, set aside
- Cut 1 jalapeño pepper and 2 cloves of garlic into dices, set aside
- Cut 1/4 cup of ginger into strips, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add chicken sautéed for few minutes, then add cut gingers and garlic with 1 Tbsp of cooking wine continue stir fry for a minute
- Add cut red onion, then 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1/2 Tbsp of oyster sauce
- Add cut jalapeño pepper and scallions cook for another minute
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
