Sautéed Shiitake Mushrooms with Pork 香菇肉片炒白菜
- Cut 8 oz of pork sirloin into small slices
- Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Soak 6 pieces of shiitake mushrooms in cold water for few hour, remove stem and cut in half. Set aside
- Cut 4 cups of Napa cabbage into pieces, set aside
- Cut 4 scallions into 2 inches pieces, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add pork and mushroom sautéed for few minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, then add 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce cook for a minute
- Add Napa cabbage, then half cup of chicken broth continue cook for few minutes
- Add cut scallions, then cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
