Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Jumbo Shrimp
Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Jumbo Shrimp
- Boil half package of dry rice noodles for 6 minutes, rinse it with cold water set aside.
- Peel and devein 6 jumbo shrimp, season with 1/4 tsp salt and pepper, 2 tsp of cornstarch and 2 tsp of oil
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil with 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add shrimp stir-fry for a minute on each side. Take it out and set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil in the same pan, add 1 scrambled egg, then add 3 cup of cook rice noodle
- Continue stir-fry noodles for few minutes
- Add 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp of fish sauce and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
- After mix all well, add shrimp, 2 cups of bean sprouts, 1 cup of cut scallions continue stir-fry for another minute.
- Place noodles in serving plate, add cut cilantro and limes as siding. Ready to serve
