Beef Fried Rice 牛肉炒飯
Beef Fried Rice 牛肉炒飯
- Cut 6-8 oz of beef (sirloin preferred) into slices
- Marinate beef with 2 tsp of soy sauce, pinch of salt and pepper, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 1 cup of red bell pepper, red onion and scallions in dices, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add beef stir-fry for few minutes to medium well, take it out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the cooking pan, add cut red onion and 2 scrambled eggs, then add 3 cups of cooked rice
- Keep stirring for few minutes, then add beef and cut red bell pepper
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of salt and white pepper powder continue stir-fry for a minute
- Add cut scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
