Lemon Chicken 檸檬雞
Lemon Chicken 檸檬雞
- Cut 1 chicken breast into thin large slices
- Tenderize the chicken by hammering both sides
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of salt and 1 tsp of white pepper powder
- Medium heat a pot of hot oil (2 inches deep)
- Bread chicken slices with scrambled eggs and then cornstarch on both sides
- Put chicken into hot oil deep fry until golden brown, take it out and set aside
- Put the chicken back into hot oil second time for a minute. Take it out place on a serving plate
- Mix 2 Tbsp of sugar, 4 Tbsp of water, 1 fresh lemon juice and 1 Tbsp of vinegar in a small cooking pot
- Low heat the cooking pot until boil, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Pour the lemon sauce on top of the chicken. Ready to serve
