70 in 1 cartridge for Super Nintendo
This entry is more a reflection than a review, because the product itself does not have many aspects to comment on beyond making it known as an alternative to play with the real Super Nintendo.
Although it may seem like science fiction to many, there are still people who, in the middle of the year 2022, find the console of their childhood in the attic of their parents, or to whom some generous soul gives an old console.
This is what has happened to my friend Diego, who has been given a Super Nintendo, since he wants to return to enjoy the consoles and games he had as a child, and a person close to him had one that he did not know I had no use for it.
Diego just wants to rediscover the seven or eight games he had, one of them being Megaman X, and he was shocked to see that with what it costs today to buy two of these games, you can pay for a state-of-the-art console.
I told him about the option of buying an Everdrive, but the price was a bit steep for him, not totally out of reach, but I wonder if there was a better option.
Although in the blog I have brought alternatives to the Everdrive for other consoles, such as the Master System, the Super Nintendo is not a system for which I recommend buying a clone Everdrive from AliExpress. They have very bad quality, and over time, you will most likely end up with an expensive paperweight.
So I told him about the possibility of buying one of these multiple cartridges. Let's not fool ourselves, when we were little, none of us had 100 super nintendo games. A cartridge of these with almost a hundred of them is a very good option to enjoy your SNES for a price of about 20 euros.
No sooner said than done. We ordered from AliExpress and a week later we received it.

Does the 70 in 1 cartridge for Super Nintendo save games?
Yes, if the original game included this function, this cartridge does it without any problem.
In this case, there are 21 titles from the list that do it. One thing that I really liked is that the battery is not soldered, but goes in a slot, like the Everdrive, so can be easily replaced when it runs out.
This cartridge comes with screws identical to those present in the original Super Nintendo games, so you must have a hexagonal screwdriver to open the case. You can easily buy it on AliExpress, Ebay, etc.

No complaints in this regard. This cart was a nice-feeling, yellow-colored cartridge with a fairly presentable label. Closed with security screws as I mentioned before, when we open it inside we find one of these modern boards with NEC and Altera chips that may last as long as or more than the originals.
When you introduce it in the PAL Super Nintendo console it boots without any problem. Yes, it is very important to make sure you buy the PAL version, since the version for the Japanese console is the same on the outside, but it will not work on your console if you live in Spain.
On the screen, the first thing we see is the game selection menu, similat to the one present in the NES 150 in 1 cartridge. We choose the game, and enjoy.
Do I recommend this cartridge?
Absolutely 100%.
Legal considerations aside (as with an Everdrive), my friend has obtained 6 of the seven games he wanted for 19 euros plus another 64 games. He has been left to capture the Super Mario World, which fortunately is one of the cheapest and easiest to get.
