Use oats that you are comfortable with and with what appeals to you as far as health matters are concerned.
The basics are oats, yoghurt and milk in equal quantities.
Add any other additives and then mix the ingredients and the topping together and place in the 'fridge to set.
Set it overnight or at least 5 hours - it will be ready to devour in the morning!
I love adding some topping in the morning, like almonds or pecans or dried fruit.
