Torta da capire se si può adattare keto

Ingredienti:

Base:
Biscotti 250 g
latte 90 g
Burro fuso 45 g

Crema:
600 g latte
Zucchero 70 g
Amido di mais 25 g
Gelatina 20 g
Cioccolato 270 g
Cacao in polvere

Preparazione:

  1. Frullate i biscotti e mescolateli con il latte (90 g del totale) e il burro fuso.
  2. Schiacciate il composto in uno stampo da 18 cm e mettete in freezer per 10 minuti.
  3. In un pentolino mescolate zucchero, amido e latte.
  4. Portate sul fuoco e fate amalgamare.
  5. Sciogliete la gelatina in un po' di latte e tagliate il cioccolato.
  6. Unite entrambe le cose al latte e versate sulla base di biscotto.
  7. Lasciate in congelatore per 3/4 ore.
  8. Servite con una spolverata di cacao.
